And while we're at it, please stop with all trades that involve packaging Beal with Wall.
In no scenario does it make any sense whatsoever for the Washington Wizards to use Beal as a means of dumping Wall. Trading Beal alone would net the Wizards 3 or 4 1st round picks. Packaging him with Wall would net maybe 0 or 1 1st round picks.
Dumping Beal means a total rebuild. In a total rebuild, it is much better to have 3 or 4 extra 1sts plus about $15M in cap room than it is to have 0 or 1 extra 1sts and $55M in cap room. A boatload of cap room does no good if your team is not an attractive destination for top tier free agents.
