Clippers-Grizzlies-Pelicans

Post#1 » by Mykhyn » Mon Oct 7, 2019 9:56 pm

Clippers out: Harkless + Jerome Robinson
Clippers in: Iggy + Wizards 2020 2nd

Grizzlies out: Iggy
Grizzlies in: Miller + Jerome Robinson

Pelicans out: Miller + Wizards 2020 2nd
Pelicans in: Harkless

Clippers cash in one of their last chips to get Iggy and an early 2nd. This adds some salary for them but keeps them under the tax. It also gives them another player with a lot of championship experience who can match up with any wing.

Grizzlies get a recent lotto pick and cut 7mil in salary

Pelicans get someone to soak minutes behind Ingram at the cost of dead salary and a 2nd

Who says no?

I would take this offer. Not getting a 1st without worse long term money. Get a asset at a position of need and save a bunch of money. Sure.

Think fans and organization are starting to notice more and appreciate the contributions of Harkless. If there was any chance he was traded before I doubt it’s there now.
