I know that this thread is mostly about gauging the value of Gordon, but if the Magic were to trade him, wouldn't it be for scoring, preferable at SF or PF? The seem content to go for the playoff spot.

Some people who make roughly the same or might fit
Danilo Gallinari (S&T)
Tim Hardaway Jr
Terry Rozier
Zach LaVine
Buddy Hield
Gary Harris
Bojan Bogdanovic (injured)
Kelly Oubre

My thought exactly. I'm not even a big Aaron Gordon fan, but I'd give up the 10 pick for him in a heartbeat.
Biggest problem with this, other than the lack of spacing, is that is caps out the Suns. They cant really address their backcourt bench which is probably the teams biggest weakness.

That's what I was most curious about honestly. Exactly how much space would they even have left? If any? Wouldn't they be at the line now? Could they even add a point guard via the draft still?

I don't see the fit with PHX. Ayton has his strenghts inside, so does Gordon. Add Rubio on the perimeter and you're most likely not even getting the 35 win-trophy with a spacing that bad.

I'd feel terrible for Gordon. Orlando did this stuff, too, for half a decade and we've seen where that brought them. Imagine going from one horrendous roster matchup to the next one.

Gordon needs to play alongside a floor spacing big men. Phoenix should not have interest here at all Imo.

Value-wise I see him around #20. A Porzingis-Gordon duo might make some sense skill set-wise but I hope DAL stays away even at that price range.
