Booker is an SG. He can shoot and score but he's not really a playmaker and his defence is...let's say unspectacular.
Even with value aside, Rubio, Oubre and the #10 is a much better complement to him than Hield would be.

Hield to Phoenix is not a good idea, IMO, but this execution is beyond horrible for the Suns.
