[UTA/MIL/MIN/GSW/ATL/DET] Utah creates the largest TPE in NBA history

Trade 1:
Utah trades: Mike Conley, Ed Davis, cash, 2022 UTA 2nd, 2024 CLE 2nd
Utah receives: Ersan Ilyasova
Utah generates about a $32 million TPE and adds a nice stretch 4 who can rebound. This really depends on what we could do with the TPE, because Conley is a solid player, but with the falling cap something like this might allow us to keep Clarkson, and work out a sign and trade for someone like Gallo at minimal cost, and still have enough savings left over to use the MLE (the same is probably true without the ATL/DET parts, but I added those more to take the concept to its extreme).
Milwaukee trades: Eric Bledsoe, Ersan Ilyasova, DJ Wilson
Milwaukee receives: Mike Conley
Milwaukee gets a scoring point guard to balance their starting lineup. Debated to death, Milwaukee fans seem to think it's at least worth thinking about.
Minnesota trades: James Johnson, 2020 MIN 2nd (33), 2022 MIN 2nd, cash
Minnesota receives: Eric Bledsoe
Minnesota adds an elite perimeter defender at the cost of some second round picks and cash. A similar trade has been debated before, Minnesota fans seem divided on it. This one doesn't have the psychological hit of moving down from 17 to say 25, so it might have a better reception?
Golden State trades: nada
Golden State receives: James Johnson, 2020 MIN 2nd (33)
Golden State retains some salary ballast for a future trade, and adds another rookie. This is obviously if they can't quite find something to do with the TPE, or decide that they'll wait till the deadline to see who becomes available.
Detroit trades: nada
Detroit receives: DJ Wilson, 2022 MIN 2nd, cash
Detroit gets a nearly free look at Wilson and a second.
Atlanta trades: nada
Atlanta receives: Ed Davis cash, 2022 UTA 2nd, 2024 CLE 2nd
Atlanta gets some seconds and cash for taking Ed Davis' contract. Davis was an important voice in Utah's lockerroom, so he can at least be a nice veteran presence.
