I like this move for Brooklyn. Brown is at least a rotation player which is more than we know about Musa or Toronto's 2021 2nd

Don't know a damn thing about Musa, but Brown is worth more than a second. At least it's a 2021.

This feels like Brooklyn just fleeced Detroit.

Voted Brooklyn wins. I just question if Musa can break out, although he is young and Detroit can give him the opportunity to.

Good move from Brooklyn and it looks like Detroit is attempting to shed some salary and get higher upside pieces for a mediocre role player.

Brown is going to be a great 5th guard in Brooklyn as a solid corner-3 shooter and strong defender.

I think it's a solid gamble for Detroit.
Musa needs development. Brown is ok, but really just a bit better then replacement level and a guy that Detroit will easily replace over their rebuild. He's much more useful for the Nets.

Brown is more similar to Caris Levert, with less offensive creation ability but significantly better defense.

Kinda sorta.

We used him as one out of necessity, but he came in primarily as a 2 and we used him as one there often too.

I really liked Musa in that draft. Did he just come over too early? Was he two years from being two years away?

I really like Brown. This is a steal.

I did always think that Brown is a perfect fit for the next next to Kyrie/Durant.

Athletic defender and spot up shooting was increasing. Damn.
