Oh that’s great for Philly. I love Tobias being able to play the 4 for them.

Let the rehab begin.

Morey is back. Presti likely spins off Horford for a small profit too after teams see he is not dead.

What year and what protections in the pick?

I’ve always felt Horford was very underrated. Seems like he should go to a contender so his immense talent isn’t wasted. Asking price from OKC is only a first

Geeze, for a second I thought the Warriors had gone really stupid.
IMO that's a great deal for Philly. Green will be more valuable to Philly then Horford next year and they get out of the last two years of Horford's contract very cheaply.

I feel like Horford will be flipped at some point though not this offseason. He'll be a good locker room guy for you though until then.

Great move for Philly. You simply can't be paying a backup center that much and be running a financially feasible team. Surprised they didn't get held over the barrel to send out more to move him.
In OKC they can make moves with other guys to get Horford in a better role. Showcase him in a better role, and then next year with a year of the contract expired maybe you can find another team to send you bad players and a pick, figuring that at least Horford is good just overpaid.

Fantastic for Philly. Legit surprised the Thunder didn't get an offer without future salary.

That might be tough with Adams also on the roster. Trying to play them together will just make Horford look bad at PF and limiting Horford to backup minutes will cause teams to view Horford as a $20M+ backup C.

Maybe it is a 2021 1st instead of one in this year's draft? I know Dallas was linked to Green but maybe it was Wright and just a pick swap.

What was that people were saying about Horford costing 2-3 firsts to move?

Adams might also be on the move now. Who knows! I’m ready for a lot of OKC moves to happen. If this is happening now I think it’s setting up something else.

Adams is the next guy to be moved.
