Houston trades Wall, Clemons
LA trades Morris, Beverley, Lou Will
With Wall looking better than expected, and the Clippers still needing a PG, the Clippers combine some big contracts and add a true PG
Houston capitalizes on Wall's good play and moves on for smaller contracts and some immediate savings. Beverley and Williams should each be able to fetch an ok asset.

If Wall goes down we would be even worse off

I think it's a great idea from OKC's perspective.

Re: HOU/LAC
Clippers don't need a point guard that need the ball to be effective and is always injured with a huge contract. Losing Morris also hurts as it would mean that Batum and Patterson will be relied upon heavily down the stretch, the latter of which is a great spot guy and the former could be having a simple hot streak.
I'd much rather do something with Chicago for Lou to a third team for value to get Sato.
