V: Love
N: Harrison Barnes (see below)

EDIT: I've been pretty consistent on the Harrison Barnes is a terrible contract bandwagon, but I'll elaborate.
BPM --- RAPTOR --- RPM
2012-13 --- [-1.7] --- [N/A] --- [-1.13]
2013-14 --- [-1.6] --- [-3.8] --- [-4.16]
2014-15 --- [0.1] --- [-0.5] --- [0.07]
2015-16 --- [-1.3] --- [-1.7] --- [-0.65]
2016-17 --- [-0.8] --- [-0.2] --- [-0.97]
2017-18 --- [-0.5] --- [-1.5] --- [-1.54]
2018-19 --- [-1.4] --- [-1.3] --- [-0.26]
2019-20 --- [-1.4] --- [-1.4] --- [-1.02]
2020-21 --- [0.2] --- [2.7] --- [-0.09]
In almost every season, on almost every team, he has been a negative value player as a starter. So yes, he has size, and he can shoot, and despite that has still managed to be a net-negative as a starter every year of his career except this season, and as of right now, we have a small sample. Maybe he keeps it up all season, if so, that's great! But it's not the Harrison Barnes we've seen for 612 games before this season.
Just take last year as an example, he was 257th (79th at SF) in RAPTOR and 170th (53rd at SF) in RAPTOR WAR last season, that puts him in a rough group with:
Troy Brown Jr.
Andrew Wiggins
Reggie Bullock
James Ennis
Doug McDermott
Cedi Osman
Trevor Ariza
Cam Johnson
Kyle Anderson
Dillon Brooks
And a good chunk of those guys made $8-$13 million a year, and some were even considered overpaid at that [but I'd say it's roughly appropriate]. So, let's say at best, using these players as approximate peers, that Barnes should be a $13 million/year player (entirely appropriate for a 6th or 7th man, or your 5th best starter - probably the role Barnes should be in, a team's 5th to 7th best player), that has him overpaid by $9 million this year, $7 million the next, and $5 million the year after.
Heck, we can even go to 538's player rater, which rates Barnes as a $4.5 million player for this season (so the rough approximation above may be too high from a standpoint that considers metrics absent anything else):

I'm picking between Wall and Klay here. I still think teams would rather take a chance of getting a healthy Klay than Wall who's game is impacted by injury and age more.
Vote: John Wall
Nominate: Draymond Green - 4 year contract for a guy who's offensive stats continue to swirl down the drain

Vote: DLO. It was tough between him and Love, but I have to think that a healthy Love helps a team more than DLo, who I just dont see fitting in anywhere based on the way he plays. He's got the Monta in him.
Nominate: Draymond. Even though I think he's still a very good player, I think the market on him would be limited to just good teams, and I think that lack of a market can be leveraged as well. Frankly after DLo and Love, he's gonna be my vote until he's on the list

Klay because he is not guaranteed to stay healthy going forward and is currently unavailable for a good chunk

Vote: Klay. $35.4 mil this year, with guaranteed zero production. Then three years more at over $40 a year.
Any non-#1 guy would have a difficult time recouping $40 mil a year. For Klay, coming of a major injury, in his 30’s, it’s extremely unlikely. And even if he did, the deal starts at $35 million over-priced?
In other words, if Klay comes back and never misses another game, you have three playable years at $52 mil per year. Even if he is a $26 mil/year player .. he’s paid twice that.

I would have to say Klay Thomson due to the injuries. He will still have his jumpshot but i am not sure he will have anything else and he is on a contract that was too big anyway. And no one knows when he will be back.
D'Angelo deserves consideration here as does Blake.
Nominate: Kemba Walker. Short guard that is 31 in 3 months, has chronic knee problems and he has two more years after this at 35 mil per year.

I have it as Wall for now, but it could change to Klay as soon as next season starts. Blake is saved by the fact that he's got one less year and could maybe be persuaded to give some money back in a buyout this summer.

I'm voting Klay. Can't get past zero production this year and unknown in the future at a high dollar number.

Wall the only other player really in the discussion in my mind.
Nominate: Porzingis
Too many consistent injuries for me to feel at all good about that money, and even when he's healthy and on his game he's still closer to a 25M player than what he's getting.

John Wall was the worst the last time I remember you doing this, so the Wiz trade him AND a 1st for Russell Westbrook to make sure they stayed at #1. Hashtag So Wizards.

Vote: Love. Wall is somewhat playing decent, Love shouldn't ever have gotten that contract. I wanted to say DLo, but I think in a trade, it would cost more to get out of Loves deal than Wall or DLo
Nominate: Buddy
