Really tough choice for me, but I think I’ll go with Kemba.

Porzingas may still turn out to be the worst of the remaining contracts, but I could see a team gambling he could be very good and offering a decent trade package. Also, Kemba suffers from being in the crowded PG market, and I see few buyers.

Harris: 28 years old with 20.2 ppg, 7.4 rpg, 3 apg on an impressive 60.7% TS% playing pf.
(On LAC at of before his trade: 20.9 ppg 7.9 rpg, 2.7 apg on 60.5% TS% playing pf; it isn't just a small sample at this position.)

I don't see how this can be Harris over a Kemba for instance.

Porzingis easily for me, Harris can at least stand in the corner for 82 games while you'd be lucky to get 50 games from Porzingis.

Can't decide between Buddy, Bertans, and KP. But despite my very real concerns about KP's health and his level of play for that matter, I do think teams could still talk themselves into a "unicorn" even if it were a mistake. So its between Buddy and Bertans.

I think Buddy Hield has to be the choice. He's a good shooter but hardly an elite one and he offers nothing else and he has shown he's willing to create problems when unhappy.

I always get him mistaken for Michael Stipe. Easy mistake really.

I'll go wih Bertans here. He brings nothing other than shooting, and he's become steaky at best. Not even worthy of a starting spot on an atrocious team.

Kemba.

Porzingis has potential to surpass him given his injury history.

Another player not mentioned at all is Lillard. His contract is 100% going to turn bad, the question is when. It has the potential to be #1 with some relatively minor injuries.
