Now that Cousins has officially been waived and Houston has open roster spot, ill offer this idea:
To Philadelphia
-PJ Tucker (1 year, $7.9 million)
To Houston
-Mike Scott (1 year, $5 million)
-Tony Bradley (1 year, $3.5 million plus Q.O.)
-2021 New York 2nd rounder
-2023 Atlanta, Charlotte or Brooklyn 2nd rounder (most favorable)
-2025 Philly 2nd rounder
Why?
-Philly adds the veteran piece in Tucker who can come off the bench or start in some cases. It opens up a roster spot in the event they want to add another veteran to the rotation for playoffs on waiver wire
-Houston swaps Tucker for Scott and adds Bradley as they take a flyer on him to replace Cousins to give them frontcourt depth while they pick up the apparent asking price of 3 2nds for P.J.

Re: Tucker for Scott/Bradley/2nds
Take Kurucs or swap Furguson with Scott and deal.
We just waived Cousins guaranteed contract, taking on an additional 600k would likely hinder us from being able to convert Mason Jones (or to be able to sign a vet min).
