I think Miami might be interested. I would do something around Dragic, Iggy, and Herro for Westbrook, Bryant, and a first.
Washington would get a young player, expiring contracts, and immediate cap relief. Miami would get a scoring punch, a decent big, a first, and retain enough space to probably keep Oladipo, along with Nunn and Robinson.
