Cavs get Simmons/9
Philly gets Sexton/Barnes/Nance
Sac gets Love/3
Can do it for a young all star and they dump Love.
Philly decides Sexton gives the scoring Simmons lacks and Barnes/Nance give them a fantastic frontcourt with Embiid/Harris. (This is based on the assumption they can’t get a player above the CJ level).
Sac does it for 3.
Sac could give more here if needed. It’s a good deal for them but Love’s deal is ugly and Barnes/9 has good positive value. Maybe they add Wright if Philly wants, or a future protected first or Woodard/Ramsey as sweeteners.

Re: Cavs/Philly/Kings
I think the Kings need to send out more salary here.
I wouldn't do this, but I'd be concerned the Cavs might.

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.

I don't see swapping Barnes for Love getting us from 9 to 3. Not in this draft at least.

Yeah too good for the Kings. Cleveland wouldn't do it with OKC for #6. Gonna need multiple FRPs from the Kings.

My assumption is that Philly wants win now players not picks, which is the reporting we see.
Sac could draft at 9 for Cleveland and add their 22 first with light protection to fill a value gap.

I really don't think they'd be willing to drop all the way to 9. Have to think it would be future picks if Simmons is in play for CLE.

I don't think the pros outweigh the cons for Cleveland. There are also too many gambles, will Simmons get his head on straight, will Sexton prove to be an overpay at a near max\max deal?
Well at least we're not Detroit!

More importantly, you only have two shooters on the floor with Garland/Okoro/Simmons/Allen/X, and that's only if player X can shoot. Spacing is dead.
