The Lakers traded Pat Bev for a song that came out in 2018

So they traded

Bryant + Bev for Bamba + 3 denver 2nds

I really don't understand that. Bev was a solid defender. Bryant for Bamba is a wash

I like this for the Lakers. Can't see Beverly playing on Orlando, though.

Beverley, come home to Minnesota...or he goes to LAC? Probably just LAC at this point.

There has to be more or something is low key going on with Bamba.

I like having Bamba and the ability to keep Bamba more than having Bryant.

I don’t like just throwing away Bev/DAR lineups. I would’ve used Walker and either Jones or Gabriel..

He's a big who can shoot 3s and get blocks. He's making around $10M and is expiring.

There is no way that McLaughlin should be a concern if the Wolves can get Beverley back.

The Lakers have done a really nice job with the limited assets they have. They got bigger, younger, more athletic and added 3 above average 3 point shooters (Beasley, Russell, Bamba). Including the Rui trade, they are out 1 protected 1st and net 2 2nds.

I think they’d move Nowell (more minutes for Pat, might not bring Nowell back) or NAW (similar game to Pat).
