Anthony Davis trade in the offseason

There were some speculation that Lakers were open to a Davis trade at the deadline. He's been playing well this season until the last week but his issue is availability.

What teams might want to add Davis and what would they give up?

Davis didn't leave the Pelicans well, I have that as zero chance.

Toronto could be possible. Not sure of the fit but possible. That package makes sense though.Beasley probably goes to Raptors too.
Davis+Beasley for OG+GTJ+Poeltl

I think Davis for Brown could be interesting.

Jaylen+RW3 for Davis

That trade basis makes a lot of sense but not sure on what is fair value.

If the Lakers go the rebuild route then Shaedon Sharpe is probably one of the better young guys on the table.

The first trade is more likely to happen, the 2nd would have to be viewed after both teams make the next deal. The Lakers moving Lebron and the Bulls moving DeRozan. Either way the Lakers either take the PORT pick which at the current pace might not be until 2025 or a Bulls pick which would be 2027 at the earliest. That's not sounding so great. Neither really fits the Bulls plan to build a team that contends over the long term making doubt they'd sign on

from the 2nd trade and not knowing what a 2nd DeRozan trade might bring, the Bulls end up

Davis DJJ
Williams Terry
Bamba Drummond
Beasley
some unknown PG White

Bad because no 2023 draft picks and getting none in the trade so the Bulls bet the farm o Davis

Wow I have Brown > Davis. Lakers adding. Not Celtics.

James takes his talents to South Beach with his Robin in tow.

To Heat: Davis + James + Beasley

To Pelicans: Bam + Heat 1st or two

To Lakers: Zion + Herro + Lowry + 24/25 Lakers 1st (returned)

Pelicans move on from Zion with locked in and young Bam. JVal+ officially offered up to league in consolidation for next star trade.

Lakers get their Who’s Got Next era - the “superstar” they claim to always land in Hollywood. Zion fills the arena (when healthy) and of course instantly on set for Space Jam 3 “Rise of the Zion.” Or of course “Zion the Herro.”

Yeah I don't know what the values are but that's what I mean by trade basis.

FRPs that can be added are LAL23FRP, LAL29FRP.. Could also add Christie

No idea what the Rockets end up doing, but I wouldn't rule out them cashing in their assets to add stars around Harden.

I think you could either get an impressive rebuilding package for him, or a win-now (but, like immediately) package around Lebron but you'd need to pick a lane. I don't think you get all that much back for Lebron, so I'd be inclined to pick option A ...

Given how much time AD and Mitchell Robinson miss, would the Knicks have enough minutes for an AD/Robinson/Randle front-court?

How many picks/young guys would the Knicks need to send to LA for Davis?
