This one seems pretty straight forward, Poole completely sucks and not even in a big scorer on bad team and has a huge contract.
Vote Jordan Poole
Nominate Andrew Wiggins

Gotta be Poole. His contract isn't just for big money, it's for 4 years which is longer than most of the others. It's not a case wher ehe's just struggling with injuries or still a good player just not worth his deal... he's legitimately a bad player. And on top of it, he plays a pretty easy-to-fill position so it's not like you can justify it with "well who else are we going to play there?". And as the final icing on the cake, his play style is something that I think actively takes away from your development of other players.
Tough for me to nominate others. To the credit of GMs, I think it's getting harder and harder to find true albatross contracts. Zach Lavine is a bad contract probably in the same sense that Beal is where in theory the player is really good, just overpaid and injury issues. So I'll nominate him. But even as a bad contract, I still think a team would actually GIVE value for him the same way Bela was traded for value, albeit way small compared to perception of the player on the court.

Vote Beal: Likely opts into his 4th year so it's basically 4 years / $210 million. His skillset overlaps with superior players on the Suns and the Suns don't have assets to get off his deal. He's an undersized shooting guard that doesn't play defense and isn't a great playmaker. He's already 30 and he's increasingly nagged by injuries to the point where he's missed 40-50% of games the last few years. He's paid like a #1 option, but he's probably a #3 option if fully healthy. His skillset is generally replaceable with players on MLE-range deals or even vet min deals. This skillset on its own doesn't generally result in playoff success or contribute to winning.
Nominate Lavine: If he opts in for the last year it's basically 4 years / $180 million. Similar skillset to Beal, but two years younger. Similar concerns to Beal. It's just hard for teams to get off these contracts since they consume so much cap space.

Beal is in a league of his own IMO. 4 years left at an average of >$50M per year for a guy who's missed at least 30 games a year each of the last 3 years. His skill set is declining and at this point is best suited as a 2nd (or even 3rd) option, but doesn't have complimentary skills to really be an effective 2nd/3rd option as an undersized 2 without PG skills. Oh, and he also has a no-trade clause. At this point its hard to envision a deal that Phoenix could get for him.
Phoenix won't care if they win a chip but if they don't his contract is gonna start to look really ugly really fast.

Vote Poole
Nominate Beal; expensive, frequently hurt and will be very difficult to move. PHX has to win it all or they are in a lot of trouble.

Vote: Bradley Beal.
Maybe people don't understand how big of a difference between Poole and Beal's contracts are, but it is massive.
Beal is slated to make 35% of the cap for the next 3 years after this one.
Poole is slated to make 20% of the cap for the next 3 years after this one.
Beal makes nearly double what Poole makes. You can pay Poole and 2 Max Players, you can't afford to pay Beal + 2 Max Players [And we see what happens when you try, you roll out G-League role players].
Beal is better than Poole, hell, he may be twice as good, but Beal simply isn't a Top Tier player and has injury history that's stacking up.
Nominate: Jaylen Brown

Yeah this is a point worth emphasizing. Beal makes $20M per year
more than Poole for 4 years. To put that in perspective, you can basically get Poole plus 2 full MLE players for the same price as Beal.

To me the difference in salary between Beal and Poole is a big factor, but I think Beal can be productive while I am not sure about Poole. Beal has injury issues that are currently helping me go this direction. But the real ultimate reason is the no trade clause. They are so rare and that transforms a bad contract into a terrible one.

Vote: Poole
At this point he's been one of the worst players in the league. Granted, he was much better in GS where he was much better scorer (even when Curry was out and he didn't have that much offensive talent around him) and a less bad defender - so maybe that guy can come back and be worth at least some part of his contract.
Beal is paid more, but I don't quite believe that his injury situation is that hopeless and when healthy he's a lot better than Poole has been playing - at least good enough to justify the difference between the two deals.
Nominate: Ball
Smaller contract but still big enough to be an issue with little chance of even playing.
