Pretty huge pickup for the Pacers, I will be interested to see the details.

I'm guessing Toppin, Jalen Smith, Brown, 2024 OKC 1st, 2024 IND 1st and 2026 IND 1st with good protection moving forward

Probably Buddy Hield, instead of Bruce Brown.

This is how you float a trial balloon if you’re Toronto imo. One will be the pick from OKC. I’m guessing some protections on others. But still three picks.

i'm thinking they insist on Brown, and try flipping him for another asset

Hield+Brown+3xFRP for Siakam+Dick
Possible?
I recall Pacers wanted Dick but couldn't move up enough and wouldn't use Jarace pick on him.
3xFRPs for SIakam and DIck makes more sense than 3xFRP for Siakam alone IMO.

This rumor is clearly false. I have it on very good authority that Masai will not take a package based on picks.

Shams reporting Brown plus 3 picks. Would be a decent haul.

Obviously going to have to see picks/protections, but at first glance that sounds very nice for Toronto.

As long as 2 of those picks have upside, i think it would be great for the Raps

Have to imagine two are the ones from this year. So, seems likely only 1 may have real upside. Could be wrong of course.

Ya, i could see that. Brown has re-route value and i'd hope the Raps would insist on some lower level upside pieces as well (like Sheppard).

If it’s two 2024 firsts… why isn’t presti topping this?
Don’t tell me it’s because OKC is one of the youngest teams in the league and has the fourth best record in the league. That’s boring.

Why only you and I are on this stuns me? The first time you mentioned it I was like yeah. And with each day they keep winning, I'm only more in on this. Even as a rental they could beat an offer if its 3 picks with 2 of them being the 24. They could beat that and not care if he walked.

That, plus Buddy and filler for Siakam seems fair. Frees up minutes for Mathuran to start too.

Makes no sense to me that OKC isnt involved here. They have enough picks to risk Siakam bolting too, if thats the concern.

If Philly cannot find anything else by the deadline, and Toronto hasn't moved Brown yet...
Morris and Covington + '26 1st for Brown would be an asset use I could live with.
Cuts Philly under the lux tax and boosts the rotation while not threatening cap space. Probably toss in a 2nd for the cap savings.
Would be a very last second offer imo, but could boost the return if this rumored deal happens.

The pacers including those assets strongly implies that Siakim will resign long term
