Yeah I'd much rather have Fultz than Graham

Ish doesn’t want to leave North Carolina, he’d rather retire

I guess this is OK from a Spurs standpoint. They could sign Fultz for nothing in the offseason if they wanted, but I guess it's a small price to pay to see him up close before you decide if you want to make an offer. Not bad. I'd say the Hornets can keep the Boston 2nd if they want, the Spurs don't really need it.

Can Lowry be combined in further trades?

he can't be aggregated, but the deal works salary wise without Ish/Frank, they are in there just to balance the roster spots, can easily be left out and waived instead

Hornets would probably just buy out Lowry than give up an asset for him even if that asset is a 60th pick

They can see him up close after signing him to an exhibit 10 contract. No need to pointlessly give away draft picks for that.

Fultz isn't an exhibit-10 guy
Also, Spurs have 5x more picks than they can sign: up to 2 firsts and 2 seconds in '24, up to 5 firsts and 3 seconds in '25
All in all, IF the Spurs like Fultz, a single 2nd round pick shouldn't be a deal breaker. That's my point. I don't know that they like him, though.

Values fine for ORL, but, GOD, I hope they're aiming higher than Lowry
