Dennis Schroder for Gabe Vincent and Jalen Hood-Schifino
-Lakers add a familiar face to their guard rotation and get below the tax.
-Raptors take a flier on developing JHS.

Lakers have tried Schröder twice and he was disappointing. They'd at most trade Gabe+SRP for him.

Gabe and SRP is not even positive value. Kings fans offered expiring and multiple 2nds for example

Done. No take backs
Warspite:
Prince + filler for Kobe Bryant
To be honest the way Prince has played and with Kobes injury/age/mileage Im not sure I would do that deal either. Still Prince is more important and he wins the head to head battles with Kobe.

Does anyone want Vincent for next to no compensation.

I was hoping and expecting this to be one of the first replies. You did not disappoint. Jroy have it all.

That's true but Lakers think Gabe is more useful than Schröder in playoffs. So no reason to trade SRPs to downgrade just to help rS

They need regular season help to even make the playoffs..

That's a good question, actually. Most people on this forum value him as negative contract. But he was a solid 2-way player and played major minutes in the recent Heat playoff run and based on that his value is fair. But he's injured and his return this season is up in the air so it might come down to whether he's expected to make full recovery or not.
For at team that is expected to both miss the playoffs and likely lose a player in free agency it could make some sense to take on Gabe's contract.
For this particular trade its a tough one to swallow for LA - basically giving up last summers FA-haul in Gabe and JHS for a guy they had the year before.

I guess I'm more optimistic that they pull it together earlier.
