I like this move for detroit. They need some competent wings

Weird that Utah would move him for just a 24 2nd. I would have kept him if that's the return

He's not really a wing, but ya, i like it for them too. He's a competent forward and thats exactly what they need more of. Competence

I suspect Utah is opening minutes for Hendricks.

Said in reference to Utah's trade assets in a potential Doncic deal.

Interesting. So pick 31?
"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."

Feels like this will be the first of a few moves for Utah. He’s been big for them so far this year, I only think they move him if they have other things in the pipeline.

The Pistons traded that pick to the Raptors, but the Pistons themselves have the Wizards' second (which is the pick being traded) so it's a high second, yeah.

Pick 32 for an expiring 28 year old shooter. After getting underpaid to take other veteran shooters in salary dumps. Count me in the not the biggest deal in the world but Weaver is bad at this category.

I think that's the top end of the return so Utah did good on value. Also indicates a willingness to sell rather than we'll keep our players and re-sign them or making the play-in top priority.

High price for the Pistons for a rental in a lost season, but maybe worth the trial before offering him a long-term contract this summer.

Seems fine for both, but better for Utah.

Fonteccio is not good, and that's pretty much a late 1st. This is a bad deal for Detroit. Weaver is so bad.

Not thrilled with the direction of Detroit buying, but the value seems reasonable and the fit is good

On to double digit wins, we may even finish as high as 28th! Okay, I'm exaggerating, but 29th is within sight . . .
In a no-win argument, the first poster to Let It Go will at least retain some peace of mind
