If it is, I think this would be bad for Dallas

Waiting on the cost. But curious Dallas would use assets to further shore up the center spot.

Guess they tried to get drummond but bulls wanted too much. I hope its the 2 2nds, not worth a 1st since he will be like 3rd center. I know, he should be 2nd, but powell still exist

im guessing its a 1st, and think it could be worth it.

Agreed. If it’s just 2nds it’s a great deal for Dallas, if it’s a 1st it’s a bit of an overpay but defensible.

Not really sure how to value a swap here unless it’s way out in the future because the Wiz are gonna be terrible for the next 2-3 years at least.

This swings so much on the compensation. The anticipation is kind of killing me.

So this was my target in the Holmes/Prosper/2nds attempt. But if this is a first I hate it. 2nds? Fabulous.

Yeah and it would need to be the 2028 swap. Would probably need some 2nds along side just to ensure some actual value. We'll see but that's what I would've tried for as Dallas.

This is a good move for the Mavs.

That is what Dallas should be praying for here. I doubt 2nds alone wins out. The 1st gives up too much flexibility.
