Seems solid enough. He’s been pretty good and at that number won’t be too overpaid as a backup big. Keeps him out of a market with potentially big offers and bolsters the return from the Jazz trade.

Good signing. There's a lot of teams that would covet a solid big with range this offseason. This was always happening though. No way Toronto gives up a first for him without a wink wink he was keen to re-sign.
