Based on who will be actually traded this off-season, please list the best at each position that will be traded for first team, the second best for second team and the best defensive player traded this off-season at each position...

Feel like Atlanta has to do something with either Trae or DJ

Dont feel like Kessler will be moved, but no idea what Ainge is doing, seems like he is trying to create a slightly worse team than he blew up.

I don't see what better player the Hawks could get for Murray honestly and I can't see them selling Trae on a downgrade. I think they'll give it one more shot with Trae.

It’s early for this for me to commit, but I actually think we’re going to see 4 or 5 big names traded this offseason, 2 very big.

Don’t think it’s out of the question Ja is traded. Highly unlikely, but not out of the question.

Depending how the playoffs go, can see KAT dealt.

One of Murray or Trae almost has to be gone.

Houston and OKC looked primed to make a move.

Wouldn’t be shocked to see PG moved in a S&T if talks breakdown completely.

Not all of those will move, but there are definitely others, of course Mitchell or Garland is a possibility.

Wouldn’t even rule out they try to go all in moving Mobley for a better fit.

Do people consider Giddey a big name?

Outside shot Nets change directions and move Mikal.

There’s going to be some movement his summer.

I don't see an upgrade KAT could be traded for and I don't see the T'Wolves downgrading.

I could see Atlanta trading Trae and Murray or keeping both. Don't really see a lateral move or upgrade if trading either.

Do most people see the Hawks rebuilding this off-season?

Teams that are trying to contend don't trade stars unless they ask out... Having said that, I can see Trae Young and Kevin Durant as the most likely to ask out after the playoffs play out. I just don't see Atlanta and Trae moving on just yet this off-season and I'm not sure what team makes more sense for KD than just Phoenix finding creative ways to improve and paying Grayson/Royce.

I think this is a year premature. Memphis is set to have a potentially great year next year if healthy and our FO will want to see what the team looks like on the court before they truly consider breaking up the core. If the team actually gets real run together and things don't go well next season, then I think the above statement could hold some merit.

I think the next wave of stars traded will be the deadline and 2025 off-season. A lot of teams feel good about where they are right now and I don't see them downgrading talent even with a poor playoff showing.

Looking over the other thread, I think the 3 biggest names that could be traded are KD, Trae and Mitchell with Murray becoming the next target for whoever misses out.
