How Would You Rank These Big Men on Trade Value?

How would you rank these big men on trade value?

Most of them are core members of their teams, so don't think they'll get moved unless their teams get a significant roster upgrade.

Jarrett Allen
Myles Turner
Wendell Carter Jr.
Brook Lopez
Naz Reid
Nic Claxton (S&T)

I have Vucevic far below the rest, as a player CHI would need to add assets to move.

Vuc and Robinson feel like probably negative. Claxton a free agent has minimal if any value in a S&T. The rest all probably have some form of positive value.

BroLo and Allen at the top, then Turner then Reid/WCJ/Kessler. Something like that probably.

I know most are going to focus on Lopez' age because that's what this board does, but the league tends to look at level of play and he's still arguably the best player here.

Interesting to see the various opinions/rankings, but the one general consensus, Vuc last

Yeah, I don’t feel that should be unexpected. He doesn’t seem to fit in.

The rest are good defensive centers that impact wins, or at least look like they could.

Jarrett Allen

Myles Turner
Wendell Carter Jr.
Naz Reid
Walker Kessler
Brook Lopez

Robinson

Nikola Vucevic

Left out Claxton because i really dont know how to value him in a S&T deal when he's an UFA. Not sure about Robinson, but if im not mistaken he re-injured the same ankle he had surgery on, which is not good. Maybe I have Lopez too low, its due to age+contract status, but i still have him in the second tier.

Valanciunas is also UFA, so that's got to factor into a team looking for a big man. I'm sure that Stephen Adams is available if you get the Rockets attention and are willing to gamble on his health/expiring 12M deal.

In terms of trade value, I think it’s important to remember that Myles Turner will be going into his expiring year, and he legally cannot extend before free agency because his last extension was part of a renegotiation, that requires a longer waiting period to extend.

Nobody cares about JV. He is just a salary filler.

I mean, if Vucevic is on your radar, why wouldn't you be thinking about Valancuinas?
