What teams are potential threats to sign KCP away from Denver?

According to Spotrac.com, the following teams have projected cap space going into the offseason. Any deal for KCP will probably require that in order to get him to opt out of his $15.4M players option for next year and he may get upwards of $20M/year.

-Detroit ($64.4M): They may need to overpay if he is looking to stay on a contender, but it might be worth it to help change the culture of the team. His fit on the roster depends on what they do in the offseason.
-Philly ($55.5M): This could be the biggest competition for the Nuggets of contenders. KCP makes sense on almost any contender and I can see the fit here. It depends on what they all do with their cap space though, as this team might have drastic retooling.
-Utah ($38.3M): I'm not sure KCP fits with their plans, but I honestly am not sure enough of what their plans entail to say one way or another.
-OKC ($35.2M): I am doubtful that they would go after KCP but maybe he is the type of veteran player that they want to help push the Thunder into true title contention. They can also probably sign him long enough to fill the cap space until their young players need extensions.
-Orlando ($25.1M): I think this makes a lot of sense as a way to replace another former Nugget, Gary Harris. He is a much better but similar player who could push them into an upper tier in the East. They may have better options, but this makes a bit of sense.
-San Antonio ($21.3M): They probably won't spend their cap room on a SG unless they make some other moves but I have heard them possibly having interest.
-Charlotte ($5.1M): I'm doubtful of interest on either side.

It seems like any other possible teams interested might have to get creative with their cap space in order to give him the money he might command on the open market.

I have Philly and San Antonio as the biggest threats.
