I can't keep up with this new CBA honestly. Fanspo allowed the trade, but....

IF this is legal well the Clippers get a guy they probably play for a guy they wouldn't. Just keep spending Ballmer money.
For the Hornets Wiliams was part of the penalty for getting value out of Washington, now this cuts 2 years off that. Buy out Tucker obviously.
