Cam Payne (s&t) for Damion Lee
Report is the Suns are looking for a PG who can play 20 minutes per game. Payne was great for the Suns when he was there and would definitely help with the second unit energy. S&T gets Payne a bit more than the minimum which is more than the Suns can pay in the free agent market.
Philly is looking for Shooting. Lee is a plus 40% three point shooter and fits with Embiid nicely.

Phoenix can't add anyone in a S&T.

If Philly wants Lee that bad they can use cap space or an exception to absorb him for a second.

Suns are above the first apron and can’t receive a player via S+T. Also, I am pretty sure you need bird rights to do a S+T and Philly doesn’t have them for Payne. I’m going to lock this thread just due to it being illegal. Hope the feedback helps!
