Cleveland breaks up mismatched pieces and gets a player that can help them push farther in the playoffs.
Phoenix is stuck on the treadmill and struck out on an all in move. Booker is still young and this trade helps Phoenix stay competitive atleast until their pick obligations to Brooklyn fall off.

Sorry OP. I feel you pain. These new rules are hard. But its why switching Phoenix up is so hard. They are 2nd apron and they have almost no matching salary. Their only hope is Allen, but as I learned, its not easy to find a player who makes less money than him that improves Phoenix and his current team would swap the players.
