New York and Caruso

So this deal for me is contingent on OG re-signing--I know there is noise about that, but Knicks were so good with him that I think they just hope the health concerns don't catch them in the playoffs again and pay the man. I also think they got to pay IH the most they can if he will take it(if he walks, Knicks can adjust still).
Which makes them expensive. With Brunson due a raise and McBride a free agent in a year. But this is New York City. You have a really good team. Pay the bills.
So if they keep OG and IH, to me the questions are can you/should you upgrade Randle as the 2nd option and adding a defensive guard. Randle has been done so let's pivot to Caruso.
I think the reported Chicago asks are silly, but he's still a Bull which means the asks have been high because a team would have paid a "fair" price for him last year for sure.
So what does it take? Does the best of the 25 firsts(likely not that great) the Knicks own and the 26 Knicks 1st(top 4) get it done? Allows the Bulls to sell their fans on "we got 2 first round picks".
So my offer is Bojan/Best of MIL/NYK/WAS/DET 1st(protections mean almost certainly best of MIL/NYK)/26 NYK 1st(top 4 for 3 years, 2 2nds) for Caruso/Carter. Chicago still probably fights for a top 10 spot and Bojan still has offensive juice left I would guess. Knicks eat Carter as part of the cost of business, but now lock up that missing piece.
Too much? Not enough to get Chicago to bite? Wrong idea for NY?
