GSW - Dallas - Milwaukee - Toronto

Post#1 » by Godaddycurse » Fri Jun 21, 2024 1:06 am

GSW trade: Wiggins, 2025 top (10/6/4 protected 1st), ATL 2026 2nd
GSW receive: Brolo

Milwaukee trade: Brolo
Milwaukee receive: Kleber, Boucher, GSW 2025 (10/6/4) protected 1st, TOR 2025 2nd

Toronto trade: Boucher
Toronto receive: THJ, ATL 2026 2nd

Dallas trade: THJ, Kleber, TOR 2025 2nd
Dallas receive: Wiggins

Why for GSW: get out of wiggin's money and add a defensive stretch 5
Why for Milwaukee: get 2 bigs who can better switch on perimeters and some assets for Brolo
Why for Toronto: get a 2nd for eating 6M
Why for Dallas: upgrade wing D

I feel like maybe GSW owes more value? maybe they should be kicking more 2nds to Milwaukee and Dallas keeps its 2nd?

Shame Olynyk and Kleber combine to make just too much money to match with Lopez. Because I think Boucher is just of too little use as he doesn't pair well with Giannis and Portis and Kleber are just much more useful options.

Now the Bucks could turn around and offer Boucher/some sort of asset depending on who they get for a more useful players. But I think they need to do this.

Like it as is for everyone else.

So Olynyk + Kleber works if we use 23-24 salaries, in which case GSW has to kick in a min salary because wiggins made less than Brolo in 23-24. But i would need a bunch more 2nds going Toronto's way which would be a lot more work to sort out and type out...

oh obviously the value would have to be shifted if it were Olynyk, I was just pointing out that makes more sense for the Bucks than Boucher. But there are enough players who make Boucher money or less to work in there. Just looking at pending RFA's alone for instance. Or maybe its Thybulle? IDK, feels like a solvable issue. But one that the Bucks would want to have worked out.

Brook isn’t worth a 1st I’d rather cut everyone out and take THJ/Kleber/2nd from Dallas

Even that I’m mid on
