Wolves dumping salary

smart, but expensive from Wolves.

Smart, and great value for Pistons.

No brainer for Detroit, seems fine for Minnesota as well since they need to cut salary.

Tough look salary dumping a 1st round pick two years out, but they gotta do what they gotta do.

This isn’t a salary dump, since Moore Jr’s deal costs about the same as a vet min. This could be to add a roster spot, and give the player an opportunity to advance his career.

Great move....Langdon got more for eating 2.5m than Weaver got for eating 19m.

Still would be a salary dump thought right? If they want to give his roster spot to someone else, better to trade him than waive him and pay his salary and taxes and have bigger apron issues.

Well, I suppose there are ways to pay more salary. And they did downgrade the #37.

I look at it as downgrading the 2nd for the option to put a new player into that roster slot without adding or lowering salary.

Finally a good move. That's better return than what we got selling 10x more cap space to take on Joe Harris.

37 for 2.5 mil in raw cap space is not bad at all. Well done TL, you need to do a hell lot more to fix this mess tho.

Trade down the 2024 2nd to send WMJ to DET for cap space. I’ll go look for it later.
