love this for the Spurs. Paul will insist they play hard and the right way. A perfect guy to have around Wemby and the other kids. The only players who ever have issues with him are selfish me-first players so a good way to identify those guys and weed them out.

If you' have a young player you're trying to make into a point-guard, signing a guy who might be the archetypical PG to mentor him is certainly an option. But the Spurs still need to do something else major for this to really make sense.

Good fit but the Spurs need some more shooting- Paul doesn’t have the pull up or even spot up juice he once had.

Gonna have to go and delete my post in the other thread about him playing with LeBron and tutoring Bronny...
How do you say "Lob City" in French?

I don't know. But if it was not much, he probably would rather choose a win-now team.

If only the Spurs kept Rob.
CP3 teaching both he and Castle would not only be the best education, but it would fast track these guys too.

Love this if for no other reason that we won't have to see any more "Trae/Garland to the Spurs" trade proposals

At that contract, Paul is definitely a buyout candidate, though with the new apron rules, maybe he's more of a deadline trade candidate.

Very reasonable deal considering all the intangibles he will bring. Spurs fans should be related right now.

In the other thread, it says 1/$11m. That is a bargain for what he will bring to the Spurs.
