Atlanta gets to dump Hunter's contract while getting back another useful role player.

I don't think Atlanta is in a position to dump Hunter, especially since they moved Murray and not Trae. Having a larger defensive wing who can hit 3's [albeit inconsistently] is a perfect fit.

Toronto isn't giving up a pick with Brown. It would need to be the other way around. A 2nd rounder will be the cost to bail a team out of the tax.
