Why for Grizzlies - Jaren Jackson is best at the 4, and Edey may not be ready right away. Capela has a 22M expiring that will help this year and be nice to get off the books. Bogdan's 3 years essentially replaces Clarke's
To Heat - Marcus Smart, Santi Aldama
From Heat - Tyler Herro
Why for Heat - Smart fits Heat culture better, fits a back court with Terry Rozier better, and fits Miami's path to clear money heading into 26-27 better. Not much of a package for Herro but this is better than giving up picks to get rid of him. Santi will be big #5 for the Heat and may see minutes early while Kel'El develops. He's the type of big Spo likes.
To Hawks - Tyler Herro, Brandon Clarke

Why for Hawks - They get 24 year old Tyler Herro, who while on a 3 year deal, can hopefully enter his prime and be flipped for value. Both Herro and Clarke's contract also expire with Trae Young if the plan is to keep him.
