Cleveland: Keldon Jonson, Chris Paul, and Castle

San Antonio: Garland

Cavs get a blend of veterans and upside

San Antonio get a young guard who was already an all star to pair with Wemby.

Chris Paul can't be traded until December.

Castle isn't who the Cavs would've taken with the 4th pick. The only way San Antonio would trade him in December is if they totally whiffed on that pick, in which case the Cavs would definitely stay away and not count Castle as the value they get back for Garland.

This is not happening.

Cavs aren't doing that. If they were willing, Garland would already be on the Spurs.

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.
