Cle / Utah

Cleveland gets: Taylor Hendricks
Utah gets: Dean Wade and 3 2nd round picks of their choice.
Why?
Cleveland gets a tall athletic forward that can defend and has a jumper, can play and defend 3's to 5's. Exactly what we need.
Utah does this because they potentially see him as a depressed asset who will struggle to get minutes.

I think Utah can do better than this

Why would Utah trade this player for a backup C and second round picks?

Yeah... wow. I can't see Utah even remotely considering this.

Guys a SF/PF, last I checked Lauri did pretty well in Utah.

This is really, really bad. What are we going to do with a 27 year old backup and 3 2nds in return for a guy we picked in the lottery and is - by far - the most promising player on the team from last year's draft class? Hendricks is already pretty serviceable, I think he's going to be better than Wade will be next season.

He's primarily a PF/C.

I also disagree with this. Wade is a 4/3, and Cleveland's most versatile defender. He would have played a valuable role if he were healthy for the Magic series.

I am saying Hendricks is a 4/5, guess I misunderstood who was being talked about.
Regardless, Wade and 2nd(s) is probably the worst offer I've ever seen for a Jazz player on this forum. JJ is a good poster, this is just a miss.

I’ve been a Cavs season ticket holder for over 10 years. Dean Wade has played center for the Cavs the same amount of times as you have.

I was talking a/b Hendricks.
