Why?
-The Raptors get back a 2025 2nd, a veteran PG still in his prime on a reasonable 2 year deal and Moore who they can keep or waive. This opens up $9.5 million more under cap if they want to sign someone with exemption money (Achiwura?)

The value for Raptors is they get a 2025 2nd, a prospect and $7.6 million more flexibility to spend exemption money if they want to add someone like Achiwura, Okoro, etc. I dont think the VIncent contract is a huge burden at 2 years, $22.5 million as he's a viable backup NBA PG still in his prime years when healthy. He can compete for minute with Mitchell.

I severely disagree about the valuation of Vincent. He is not a player you likely want to to be playing major minutes, but he is being paid like someone who you have to. Injury history, awful offensively, average at best defensively. I am not sure a player like Lewis is a needle mover either.
