Nets

Dorian Finney Smith for PJ Tucker, Max Lewis & 2030 + 2031 LAC 2nds

Gain some small assets & clear a pretty decent size of salary - focus their attention to the development of their young forwards

Claxton / Sharpe
Johnson / Clowney / Whitehead
Bogdanovic / Williams
Thomas / Lewis
Schroder / Simmons

Lakers

Max Lewis & Christian Wood for Bones Hyland

Free a roster spot & see if the young guard can find his groove on the brighter side of LA

Davis / Hayes
James / Vanderbilt
Hachimura / Knecht
Reaves / Hyland / Reddish
Russell / Vincent

Clippers

Bones Hyland, PJ Tucker & 2030 + 2031 2nds for Christian Wood & Dorian Finney-Smith

Add some versatile big man depth for pieces

Zubac / Wood / Batum
Finney-Smith / Jones Jr
Leonard / Mann
Powell / Porter Jr
Harden / Dunn

Lakers have no need for an under sized SG. Bones wouldn’t play over max.

Not sure why this trade cannot be done directly between the Nets and LAC. Finney Smith is signed for two years. PJ Tucker and Bones are both signed for one year. This would be beneficial for both sides.

If Bones is the holdup, we could swap him with Coffey who is a great defensive glue guy (also expiring).

So an expiring contract and 3 2nd round picks get you DFS? I think someone else comes in and tops that.
Well at least we're not Detroit!
