Cleveland receives: Julian Strawther
Denver receives: Ty Jerome and 2 2nds
Why?
Cleveland gets a young wing with good size and see if he can contribute.
Denver gets some assets for a player not in their rotation.

Isn't he behind Porter Jr., Peyton Watson and Christian Braun?

That's three players who cumulatively play up and down at 3 positions. I think Strawther will be in their rotation, Jerome probably would not be.

Re: Cleveland and Denver
What makes you think Strawther would be in the Cavs rotation? He's not going to start in front of Strus. So which of these players is getting minutes in in front of: Wade, LeVert, Okoro, Tyson, or Travers? Is he getting more than 5 mpg, and if not, why are the Cavs parting with the last bit of their draft capital in a move like this?

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.

You're absolutely right, I thought that perhaps we could use a big wing, but there aren't any minutes available.

The Cavs could use an upgrade, but they're better off keeping Ty Jerome and hoping he doesn't Wndler out on us than adding a 6th string wing.

Re: Cleveland and Denver
Denver's keeping Strawther for at least another year. The only reason you didn't see more of him last year was the injury.
The Nugs need shooting and Strawther can shoot.
