Assuming Giannis demands a trade, and Miami is his preferred destination
Given the following framework, what picks/swaps/additional adjustments would need to be involved for this to make sense for all parties?
Milwaukee:
Incoming: Andrew Wiggins (26.3m), Melton (12.8m), Kuminga (7.6m), Pod (3.5m)
Outgoing: Giannis (48.8m)
Miami:
Incoming: Giannis (48.8m)
Outgoing: Jimmy (48.8m)
GSW:
Incoming: Jimmy (48.8m)
outgoing: Andrew Wiggins (26.3m), Melton (12.8m), Kuminga (7.6m), Pod (3.5m)

The difference in trade value between Jimmy and Giannis isn't fixable with the Heat assets. Or at an absolute minimum Bam would have to be included (he's not a great fit with Giannis anyway).

Bam would have to be outgoing no doubt to bridge the value and then Miami is left with Giannis and nothing much and no way to build.

GSW declines, expiring Jimmy is not close to worth that. And if MIL wants that package, GSW cut out MIA, add picks, and find a new team to facilitate for them to get Giannis. This would need a lot of adjustments.
And is this legal? Looks like the Bucks are aggregating players here, which they can't do.

Miami would have to start the deal with Bam. I don't think anyone would dispute that

Miami and Golden State combined do not own enough picks to make this happen (and Golden State shouldn't be adding more than one anyway)

This is basically 2 trades: first, Warriors trade all their guys for Giannis. Then, they trade Giannis for Jimmy straight up. I think value difference is just too big to be saved with the picks both teams have.

If that package would convince the Bucks to give up Giannis (it wouldn’t), why wouldn’t the Warriors deal directly with them? The Warriors seem to be in the deal just to get Giannis to Miami.

First off you hold on to Giannis until trade deadline 25-27 no matter what.
Plus why is HS giving up all the value.

If these are the trade partners you need to figure out a way for Milwaukee to get Bam and Kuminga, plus picks. I can’t see how that work for GSW.

There is no Giannis to Miami deal. Miami doesnt have enough assets even if they put everything on the table.
There is number of teams that can outbid them even if Giannis asks for trade to Miami. Lillard wanted that, Donovan wanted to New York, look how that worked out for them...

Wouldnt GSW just want Giannis?

Assuming Giannis demands a trade and only to Miami? Not happening, not trading Giannis at all.
I've kicked around the idea of Dame for Jimmy+ tho

What if Giannis demands to be traded to Miami for nothing but bad players? Where can we go with this?
(This just won't work. Giannis can want to go to Miami, but this deal is so wildly unfair to the other teams involved, I can't fathom they'd participate.)
