Spurs get a promising prospect for their rebuild.

The Spurs have Champ on a cheap deal. They aren't dealing him for a project when Champ is starting doesn't make sense.

Tyson isn't a project; there just aren't many available minutes for him.

I guess if the Spurs see Jaylon Tyson as a higher ceiling (and lower floor) prospect than Champagnie they could take the gamble on him, considering they are still trying to find their core. But I'm not familiar enough with Jaylon Tyson's game to have a strong opinion here.

The Cavs shouldn't even consider this.

Spurs would have no interest in this.
