Guy is averaging 17 and 12 on a cool 60% from the field. He's in the prime of his career. He's on 20M for another 3 years.
Raps would be interested in anything that is future focused.
Would there be any interest?

the 4th year in 2026-27 is a player option. He's on 20M for another 1.75 years.
He has value if they move him before the trade deadline.

I would make an offer from the Hawks with Capela (exp) and some pick compensation
Capela could go to a third team for a bad contract and more pick compensation

Re: Poetl needs
Raps are not trading Yak without having a suitable replacement at C to replace him. And they don't currently have that.
Hell they need to add a good backup C behind Yak, not move him. Unless the deal is too good to pass up, I expect MU to have the discussion on Yak re-signing this off season as opposed to trading him.
Remember, MU went out and added a 35 year old Gasol to try and win a Championship. He knows that 29 year old Yak can still have a place in helping the Raps get to that goal.

He directly affects Barnes ability to get in the lane. Barnes isn't an elite shooter like Brown or Tatum. You need to surround him with shooters.

Thats a reasonable offer. In an isolation, it makes sense, but Toronto has zero C depth or prospects, and they spent like 3 years trying to get a C like Poeltl. The luxury with Toronto and Poeltl is that they don't have to trade him - he's performing well and likes the team, and they're successfully tanking.
Since Looney probably walks, my feeling is that they might prioritize a prospect C in a return package. An ideal trade partner should be a team that wants to win, and a window where they don't want to wait for their prospect C to pan out. Someone like Edey (MEM), Goga (ORL) or Missi (NOP) would be interesting, although NOP has really wet the bed this season and they shouldn't try to trade Missi.
To me the X Factor is Houston: They're #3 in the west, and barring a star trade, shoring up their C spot. Sengun plays 29 MPG, which leaves another 20 MPG (plus injury minutes). There is also a world where Sengun develops his 3pt shot, and you can play twin towers in the front court, similar to how the Cavs are doing. That might be an interesting next wave of strategies to beat the likes of Wemby / Chet.

Agreed I doubt Masai trades Poeltl again. They can still "tank" this season with him on the roster too.

Sounds pretty fair IF Raptors want to move Poeltl.

Something like this might work. What pick, the Lakers or the Kings?

Meh, Landale has been pretty effective this year, and is on a great contract.
And I think its more likely they go small ball with Jabari at the 5 than a double center lineup.
