ORL sends Jett Howard, Cole Anthony, Gary Harris, worst of ORL & DEN 25 frps
WAS sends Brogdon, Kispert
For ORL…if Brogdon is healthy, he’s a tremendous fit, Kispert is limited, but very capable of hitting lots of open 3’s generated by Paolo & Franz. His Gonzaga connection with Suggs helps too. I’d consider Bey instead of Kispert, but def downgrading to srps in that case.
For WAS…Schroder may have set the market at srps for Brogdon, but I acknowledge that WAS might not appreciate Cole, even though he’s only got one guaranteed year left. Harris expires and Jett looks like a promising player that needs more time. Jett can definitely shoot it, with a really quick release, and his defensive effort is improving as he’s gotten more reps. Cole is definitely a candidate for a fresh start somewhere…he’s not been as explosive a scorer as Poole, but he’s also nowhere near the knucklehead Poole is either. Cole could actually find a home…his second year is a TO, so the financial burden isn’t setting WAS back for long. Harris is actually a very sound, reliable 3&D vet that is expiring…he could be flipped to a contender or kept around as a good example for the WAS kiddy corps. The pick is the main thing and may even be excessive (vs srps) when Jett’s upside is considered.

Re: ORL/WAS
Seems awfully expensive for a player that’s currently injured and often injured, an expiring and has a high chance of being bought out.

Rather just see what Jett has. And I am a Kispert enjoyer.

Didn't realize that ...if he's really hurt (not just "hit by a tank"), he's obviously got no value, other than getting off Cole. I'd still send Cole and Gary plus a srp or two for an injured Brogdon... even if he's out for the season. Get him in house, talk to him, see what he's thinking about next year's deal, etc...if there's nothing there, best wishes. Just getting off Cole and, to a lesser extent, getting the inside track on Brogdon's next team-friendly deal is worth a couple of late srps
