Kings
Kevin Huerter & 29 (top 5 pro) swap*
For
Cameron Johnson
*Sacramento will keep the worst of 4 BRK owned 1sts in 29
SAC, 2 2nds if not conveyed
Sacramento adds an excellent fit on any team to their core, increasing their length and depth at the forward spots
Sabonis / Len
Murray / Crowder
Johnson / Ellis
DeRozan / Monk
Fox / McLaughlin
Lakers
D'Angelo Russell, Jaxson Hayes & 27 2nd
For
Kevin Huerter & DayRon Sharpe
LA shuffles the deck & lands a couple younger guys who could find a home there as Huerter adds much needed spacing while Sharpe can help on the boards
Davis / Sharpe
James / Vanderbilt
Hachimura / Knecht
Christie / Huerter
Reaves / Vincent
Nets
Cameron Johnson & DayRon Sharpe
For
D'Angelo Russell, Jaxson Hayes, 29 SAC (top 5 pro) swap*, 27 LAL 2nd
Brooklyn gives up some solid pieces for better draft odds, and further clearing the payroll to maximize their flexibility going forward
Claxton / Hayes
Finney-Smith / Clowney
Williams / Bogdanovic
Thomas / Melton
Simmons / Russell

Fantastic for the Kings, fine for the Lakers, awful for the Nets.

People talking about 2 frps (which is too much) for Cam, but one swap with an improved youngish team isn't it.

Moe Wagner expiring and 2 first round picks for Cam? The Magic have the right to swap first round picks in 2026 with the Suns. The Nets could also have the best first round pick next season.

If the Magic offered Moe, that '26 pick & another pick, that would be hard for most teams to outbid. OKC & Sacramento seem to be the most frequently mentioned suitors. Cam Johnson would fit best with OKC in my opinion, and they have the assets to trump any other offer, especially if they're willing to put their best '25 or '26 pick on the table.

Trade logic off. Kings get cut out if that’s the value of cam.

Cam would have an immediate role with the Magic. The Magic usually brings Moe and Isaac as the bigs off the bench. They could just replace Moe with Cam.
Some Magic fans think we'll keep Moe because he's Franz brother. The other offer would be Cole, Jett, and 2 picks. Juwan is one of your coaches.

Wayn too good for Sac. Huerter is trash, a protected swap doesnt net Sac CamJo while also dumping him

Better suited as a big 3 than a 4, but can do either well.

This is a DFS valuation. If the Kings want Cam J, Devin Carter needs to be involved. And no swap business, give us at least a 1st for DFS, especially if we're adding in Sharpe.

How about Huerter/Lyles/Murray/Carter for Johnson/DFS?

This trade leaves the Kings with six quality rotation players at least. Would the Nets be opposed to adding Sharpe and Clowney?

Yes, the Nets would balk at adding either of them.

Trade logic low. If trade value that low lakers cutting the kings out. They got expiring and can send a swap
