Butler, Burks

for

VanVleet, JEFF Green, better of HOU/PHO 2025 FRP

Gives Houston a go-to Batman. Miami gets complete financial flexibility and what should be a decent pick in a strong draft.

No, you don’t need Green in here. That’s a massive overpay.

FVV + 2 1sts + Cam Whitmore

Ok with firsts. Cam is worth two by himself so not him.

Cam Whitmore continues to not be worth 2 firsts.

He is. Maybe not top ten firsts but more than two lottery protected firsts.
Guy can score.

I mean if he's worth 2 firsts and Houston doesn't really have a rotation spot for him because they have better players, they should definitely Presti the asset forward into the future.

The problem is you can't give me a single team that would give even two lottery protected 1sts for him much less more as you are stating. But I'm curious where this market lies. Maybe the fans of those teams will come in here and tell me I'm wrong and we are thrilled to pay this much for Cam.

I compare cam to Randle and Carmelo. A little better defense and no passing skill. Belongs on a team with defenders. He is a guy that can score no matter the defense. Doesn’t need a pg

I would be completely happy with this return.

Of course, I am watching him now and just saying wow. But, it is NO on defense.

FVV is the leader of the team, coaches love him.

Butler is fine and all, but is a only a short term boost, which we don't really need all that much. He isn't the difference between a championship or not.

Best I would offer would be Adams, Holiday, Tate, Green, Landale, and a top 8 protected 2025 first.

That wouldn't get you Duncan Robinson, much less Jimmy.

Cam has 26 in 24 minutes so far. Not a cheap piece.

He's back in the rotation and had 27 tonight (against the pelicans but ignore that part)
For sure not saying he's worth two firsts to another team, but Houston wouldn't treat him as a throw in front their pov

Okay cool. Do you believe he's worth 2 legit first rounders(Xman stated better picks than lottery protected)?

Sorry saw your edit after I posted this. I think there is a meaningful gap between he has value to us and we aren't giving him away and the valuation I responded to. I wasn't remotely suggest Houston gift him to someone.
