BKN/CHA/CHI/DAL/LAL

Ok, this is a mess. How far off am I?

Brooklyn trades: D. Sharpe
gets: D. Powell*+ 28 SAC 2nd + 25 LAL 2nd
Does not have to pay Sharpe and gets some 2nds in return while they continue to tank.

Charlotte trades: C. Martin, N. Richards, 25 NOP 2nd
gets: D. Gafford, 25 PHI 2nd, 25 LAC 2nd

They get a quality backup center to pair with M. Williams who is often injured and can play max 25min. They lose about 10 spots in the 2nd round, but get another mid 2nd in return.

Chicago trades: Ayo, 28 SAC 2nd
gets: J. Hardy, C. Reddish, J. Hayes, 25 DAL 1st, 25 NOP 2nd

Sell high on Ayo and get a look at Hardy.

Dallas trades: D. Gafford, D. Powell, J. Hardy, 25 DAL 1st, 25 PHI 2nd
gets: C. Martin, Ayo, D. Sharpe

Dallas upgrades the 3rd guard spot, while saving some money to pay Grimes (…and maybe Sharpe). They hope Sharpe can be their new backup center.

Lakers trade: J. Hayes, C. Reddish, 25 LAL&LAC 2nds
gets: N. Richards

Lakers pay two mid 2nds to upgrade the backup center spot.

* Powell could be replaced with O-Max

I think the Nets keep Sharpe over the picks coming back on this one.

Cutting payroll this year is nice but Sharpe is still improving.

Hardy signed his unjustified extension in October, I’m not sure he can be traded? Maybe.

But Dallas should do this. Though this could just be Charlotte, Dallas, and Chicago?

I dont see anything coming back warranting Dallas giving up both Gaff and a 1st. Just too expensive for moves that dont move the needle

Bulls still have a guard glut, even fewer minutes now that Lonzo Ball can play, so I don't know how they look at Hardy without a few more trades. They get 3 players for one so 2 guys need to get cut. But selling high on Dosunmu for a FRP and exchanging 2nds is why this is good, Reddish as an expiring is fine maybe he plays he could get released. Jaxson Hayes is a bigger move than you probably think, If they could move Vucevic Smith would start and Hayes would be the backup.
