Same bad idea.
Dallas: Gafford, Maxi, Powell, Philly 2nd
Dallas: Vucevic, Bassey
Dallas upgrades Gafford to try and keep the season going? Using most of Gafford’s value to dump Maxi is problematic but the salaries sort of require it.. and they get under the tax*
SAS: Collins, Bassey, 2025 SAS 2nd, 2026 Minn/Indy (complicated but not good), 2026 NOP/Port (worst) 2nd
SAS: Gafford and Maxi
SAS gets an upgrade to their backup bigs for the next two years without adding much salary.. If Bassey is a hold up somehow, use Mamukelashvili-guy… trade their overpaid backup big for an overpaid backup big while paying 3 seconds to upgrade Victor’s actual backup who probably is worth a late first? Maybe should get to keep the NOP 2nd?
Chicago: Vucecic
Chicago: Powell, Collins, 2025 SAS 2nd, 2026 Minn/Indy (complicated but not good), 2026 NOP/Port (worst) 2nd, and the 2025 Philly 2nd
Chicago gets two probable really good 2nds for Vuc and two less good ones since they probably can get expirings and two seconds? They actually embrace the tank, even if it’s only half a season worth.

Re: Vucecic/Gafford/SAS
Dallas is giving up on their season if they trade Gafford for Vucevic. Doncic will be back soon, and he will address scoring concerns. Without Gafford and Lively, they would have no rim protection.

Re: Vucecic/Gafford/SAS
one detail.. Gafford doesn't usually close games, due to his defense...Vucevic is much worse defensively than Gaff...and you don't change for Vucevic to have him on the bench...Luka/KI/Klay/Vucevic that's too much ground for cover

Re: Vucecic/Gafford/SAS
The perfect off/def players aren't being traded by any team so stop wishing for the same pony every Christmas.
The Bulls aren't all that excited to pay Powell and Collins just as much as Vucevic next year for a LOT LESS offense, maybe less rebounding and marginally better defense. If they could trade some guards maybe Smith moves to the PF. They have SAC 2025 2nd coming and their own 2025 2nd going out, 2026 and 27 2nds going out and the SAC 2028 2nd coming in so they're jut about replenishing their picks 4 in sooner than 4 are going out.
That said and confused, the Bulls have a pretty full roster so most, maybe all of those 2nd round picks are going straight to the G League so they play rather than sit in the 13-15 chairs in CHI.
So they might do this at the last minute but they have to look for something better

Spurs definitely need an unpgrade at backup center, it's one of the most straight forward moves Spurs could do to improve wins immediately, Bassey plays with effort and is a pretty good rebounder but rim protection is really bad with Wemby off the floor. Gafford would be a very good option here, at this price it'd be an easy yes as far as I'm concerned. For the record, I don't think Mavs do this.

As long as the Spurs only give up 2nds this seems like a good deal for them. Gafford isn't in a position to demand he start, unlike the Vooches of the NBA.

I still think SA should go for Vuc. He'd REALLY help them win now, and is a solid vet. Wemby could use a playoff run now, and the 2 could play 10 minutes together, easily
Bulls can get their pick back, and send SA the Port pick (Plus Collins, of course)

Vucevic would be a fun player on the Spurs but not so sure a winning one. His fit with Wemby on defense is bad, he'd have to guard mostly on the perimeter and he'd get murdered in space, and if he comes off the bench what Spurs need the most as a backup 5 is a rim protector rather than a floor spacer, so he doesn't solve the problem there.
Also, Spurs going hard for the playoffs this season is probably not the best long term, if it happens as a consequence of internal growth of the young players then so be it, otherwise they're probably better off pushing for the play in as is and getting another (late) lottery pick so that they can add long term talent. After adding some more pieces through the draft and (hopefully) free agency and trades, I do expect the Spurs to make a strong push next season.
