Proposal is multiple deals to avoid Phoenix's aggregation issue, utilizing exceptions. Below is the aggregated visual of the entire series of trades.
To Hou
Bradley Beal
Tyus Jones (via minimum exception)
Mason Plumlee (via minimum exception)
Ryan Dunn (via MLE exception)
2027 #1 Cle / Min / Utah least favorable
2029 #1 Cle / Min / Utah least favorable
To Pho
Jimmy Butler
Alec Burks (via minimum exception)
Josh Richardson (via minimum exception)
To Mia
Cam Whitmore
Jeff Green
JeSean Tate
Jock Landale
Aaron Holiday
Steven Adams
For Phoenix, they get out of the Beal contract and nab Jimmy Butler, at the cost of their remaining assets.
For Miami, they get a good prospect in Whitmore, and all expiring contracts. Adams and Tate could probably fetch additional seconds if they routed them elsewhere.
For Houston, they don't lose any key contributors right now (other than Adams), but grow the asset pool, while adding much needed shooting. Beal and Jones could step right into the rotation, from the bench. Dunn is a potential long term replacement for Brooks and would fit exceptionally well with the group as an aggressive defensive squad.

The Suns don't do it.
They lose their starting PG, backup C and best defender alongside the picks.. That's simply too much for Butler.

Yeah. Phoenix shouldn’t do this. They wouldn’t be able to upgrade the roster around the old stars in time. No PG now, center rotation still near in the league.. Better to just keep Beal and upgrade Tyus/Nurk using the picks/Allen imo.
Miami probably should? I like Cam. Maybe they’re owed the 2025 first though.
Not sure Houston ownership would be willing to spend in order to keep that group together. If they are, they get great value. But don’t think they would be.

My lord, you don't have Houston exploiting the situation, you have them straight up robbing! You're taking everything! Phoenix isn't your farm league team. They're not giving you all those ancillary pieces. If Phoenix were willing to include Dunn and Jones as filler, it probably would have been done by now.

So Houston loses a good young player, a back up centre and fillers for a starting level point guard, an excellent young defensive wing, a back up centre, a legit experienced scoring 2 guard multiple time all star AND 2 first round picks? Miami and Phoenix say no

Are you aware that Beal is a bench level player that makes 60m in two years? Absolutely no way the rockets should do this. Would Cost them another player of two down the road because they can't afford them while Beal is paid like an MVP candidate. Dunn is good but not worth losing like Tari Eason because it would put you in tax mega hell

While I agree his contract is atrocious, he's averaging 17 a game as a third option on fantastic eFG% while shooting 39% from three. He's a bench player because they needed to balance out their lineup and make him uncomfortable enough to waive his NTC, not because his play has fallen off to that point.

17 a game on 58% TS with bad defense and not much else rocking a -1.4 EPM is a bench player. His TS should be much higher as a third option

You're welcome to your opinion but I don't agree. Phoenix is a mess and he's caught in the middle of it. I don't like Beal. I don't want Beal. But he's a better player then that.

hes been trending this direction. Last year was at 60% TS but shot significantly better from 3 than ever, seems like an aberration, but still only had a 0.4 BPM, 0.4 EPM. He also just cannot be relied upon to stay on the floor. There's a reason no one wants him. He's not better than say a Jordan Poole even agnostic of his deal

So, make us an offer for Jordan Poole. Washington is ready to listen!

Bring Beal back.
Suns send Beal, Allen, 2 FRPs - 25 FRP, 27 FRP
Wizards send Kuzma, Poole
Beal returns to help lead the Wizards back into contention. Wizards get a pick in 25 and 27 which will most likely be late FRPs.
Suns get a PF who can shoot and Poole to play PG.

Think Beal says no to that one lol

Wizards lead the league in rookie minutes. It's painful, but making a u-turn to re-acquire Beal is the wrong thing to do: they won't contend anymore than the last time Beal was in WAS
As for PHO, NBA.COM has them 23rd in DefRtg, and swapping Beal for Kuzma and Poole would just make it worse

Not sure how it would affect the salary matching, but I think this makes more sense if you remove Adams, Dunn, and Tyus Jones and add the 3rd FRP from the Suns.

I dont think Rockets should tie up all their flexibilty for a few late firsts.

I stopped as soon as I saw Bradley Beal's name going to Houston. That's a no. There's no exploit for a team taking on that contract. It'll be a hindrance until the day it runs out. The Rockets have a chance to add an actual All-NBA player to their roster with retaining their depth, and Beal completely negates that opportunity.

If Beal signed off on it and they are real 1sts, not fake firsts (I haven't checked), I'd do it.
Beal's just dead weight in terms of the franchise's future, but the same could be said for Kuzma and Poole and it's worth it for 2 1sts. Allen is competent as well and can probably be moved next year.

Dunn, Jones and a couple late firsts aren’t enough to take on Beal’s contract.

Don’t understand why any team would do this framework especially Houston.
