Lakers incoming players: Capela and Bogdanovic
Lakers outgoing players: Reaves, Hachimura, and Vincent
Lakers outgoing draft pick: future first to ATL

Hawks incoming players: Reaves, Hachimura, Vincent, Vessel, and Castle
Hawks outgoing players: Young, Capela, and Bogdanovic

Kings incoming players: Young
Kings outgoing players: Fox and Murray

Spurs incoming players: Fox and Murray
Spurs outgoing players: Castle and Vassel
Spurs outgoing draft pick: two future first to Kings

First Mavs and Lakers trade of Luka and AD: Wow!!!!!!

Why for Spurs, get Fox to pair with Wembley and Murray also provides more three point shooting.

Why for Kings, Young is a super play maker and shooter.

Why for Hawks, do they really want to pay Young another super max contract? Reaves and Vassel provides more three point shooting. Hachimura is another combo forward that provides depth. Castle is the real prize paired with Daniels gives them size at both guard position and ball handling.

Why for Lakers, need a defensive center and gets one in Capela. Bogdanovic spot up shooter and ball handler.

Kings get Trae and 2 1sts for Fox and Murray is interesting. The question you must ask is: does Trae stay after the contract expires?
If that is a yes, then make the deal. Otherwise cut out the other teams and trade for Castle, Vassell, and the picks. I hesitate to add Keegan to any of these deals though.

I kinda love the deal for the Lakers, but I almost feel like they don’t need to include the 1st. Maybe turn it to a swap. This is purely about Reaves, as I see him as the best part between their trade with the Hawks.

Love the Hawks end of the deal. They move on from Trae and get a great young haul.

Spurs do very well here. Actually make out like bandits. So they are sucking value. I think they either need to add more or remove Keegan from the trade.

Actually now that I think about it, bones are good here. I think the tweaks are to remove Keegan Murray from this entirely and change the Lakers outgoing pick to a swap.

I hate this trade. The value the kings get is not great. We have a lot of ball handlers who will become less effective with young as the point guard because he needs the ball in his hands to be effective. Trae needs a team of spot up shooters and that is not how the kings are constructed. It's the wrong fit.

This is some kind of a joke right?

I cannot take the value discrepancy seriously. Kings are getting completely robbed here. Young is worth less than Fox on his own and you just throw in Keegan Murray?

This should be locked. And there is already a Fox thread.

Bad trade for Lakers, I mean we can't win them all, but that's bad

I don't understand the fit for Atlanta at all. Depending on what you think about Castle (I am not convinced he is a long-term PG), Atlanta would be getting 3 SG's to along with Daniels already. Hachmiura as a "combo forward depth) piece also really isn't that interesting because next season he would likely be behind Risacher, Hunter, and JJ. Just because players have "value" on their own doesn't mean you can send them all to a team without consideration of how they would fit and play with them.

Hawks would just do the trade directly with the Lakers here. But yeah, I agree with the Lakers' fans that it's not good for them.
