Ill offer this idea for:
-Suns to get Butler
-Warriors add Beal and Kessler (assuming Beal would waive his NTC)
-Wiggins replaces Butler
-Pistons add veteran SG with cap space/distant 2nd
-Jazz cash out on Kessler for 3 picks

To Phoenix (Trade Beal, 3 1sts)
-Jimmy Butler
-Pelle Larson

To Golden State (Trade Wiggins, Payton, Looney, Hield)
-Bradley Beal
-Walker Kessler

To Miami (Trade Butler, Burks, Larson)
-Andrew Wiggins
-Gary Payton Jr.
-Kevon Looney
-2029 Cleveland 1st via Phoenix

To Detroit (Trade 2nd)
-Buddy Hield

To Utah (Trade Kessler)
-Alec Burks
-2025 Cleveland 1st via Phoenix
-2027 Cleveland 1st via Phoenix
-2031 New York 2nd round pick via Detroit

Why?
-Suns get Butler and extend him
-The Warriors get Beal who expires with Curry and add a starting 5 who can form post Curry/Green era foundation with Podziemski and Kuminga. Warriors run with Curry/Beal/Kuminga/Green/Kessler as starting 5 with Schroder/Podziemski/Moody/Anderson/Jackson Davis as rotational pieces while keeping all their picks
-The Heat essentially swap Butler for Wiggins and 1st while shaving $8.6 off cap immediately for tax savings implications and save about $20 million off cap between cap hit to Wiggins and player option to Butler.
-The Pistons leverage cap space to get a veteran shooter for a 2nd to add to rotation
-The Jazz cash out on Kessler for 3 picks as they kick the can down the line and can replace Kessler in frontcourt at 2025 draft or in free agency if they want.

The Jazz might take on AB for that SRP, but there's no way they're moving Kessler for those two FRPs.

Gonna make a couple of minor adjustments for Miami. Make it Josh Richardson instead of Alec Burks and try to keep Pelle out of it. Take Kevin Love instead.

Kessler is not nearly enough incentive to eat Beal’s horrendous contract, especially since he’s gonna need to be paid soon too

Not at all interesting for the Warriors IMO. It doesn't make us better now (which is still the declared goal), it locks us into Beal's horrible contract, and that ‘core of the future’ is really bad and not worth building around.

And that's assuming Beal is permanently waiving his NTC which doesn't seem at all likely unless I'm missing something here.

Yeah, Utah is not sending out Kessler for those picks.

I think you'd need to pay the Pistons to take Hield

Thought this was real for a moment. Not a chance in the world Utah trades Kessler for the low picks we traded to Phoenix. I'm sure a competent center can be found at that cost, but it won't be Walker.
